We offer free Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service and circumstances outside our control.

🌍 International Delivery

We ship Cotswold Pearl orders internationally, including to Europe and the EU.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the Cotswold Pearl product price or shipping charge unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Cotswold Pearl cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, or for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

📦 Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and local import requirements. The customer is responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.

If an international order is refused or returned because the recipient does not pay applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges, any additional return or re-shipping costs may be deducted from any refund due.
